Support / Counseling
As Christians, we understand the importance of community. We are a people of relationship – we are not meant to live in isolation. As God’s people, we support one another, especially when times get tough. We need one another, and life works best when we all share the gifts we have.
Having said that – another truth is that every now and then, we all need additional support. If there is any way we can be of service to you, please let us know.
The pastoral ministry staff of St. Francis Xavier Parish is available by appointment to meet with you about spiritual or personal concerns. Sometimes it helps to simply talk things out. Other times, we can direct you to others with a particular area of expertise.
Please call the parish office at 708-352-0168 or email us to request an appointment.
Counseling and psychotherapy services are available for individuals, couples, and families experiencing difficulty with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflicts, work stress or job loss problems, or feelings of being overwhelmed. For further information or to make an appointment, call our parish counselor, Nancy Kennedy, 773-643-6259 ext. 31 at the Claret Center or email email@example.com.
