Catholic Climate Covenant (Zoom) Presentation

How does Climate Change intersect with our identity as Catholic Christians? Made in the image and likeness of God, we have been given “dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of heaven, the cattle, all the wild animals and all the creatures that creep along the ground.” (Gen 1:26)

What does this mean for our daily lives?

To celebrate the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, join us for an educational experience in which we explore St. Francis’ Canticle of the Creatures, our Scriptural connections to the earth, and tangible steps that we can take to care for “our dominion” in the same way that the Loving Father cares for us! Content provided by the Catholic Climate Covenant.
